Congratulations to Lt. Emmitt Heard, he recently was named 2009 Firefighter of the Year. The Red Bank Council of the Chamber of Commerce is honored to have Mayor Joe Glasscock as the guest speaker. He will give the annual city report at the Red Bank Community Center on Tuesday at noon.
For those readers that went to the Web site and found my article for this week, I want to explain to you in case you don’t know what is going on with the Metro Community Correspondent articles. The paper has decided to feature five communities each week, which means my article will not be in the paper again until Jan. 28, then every third week after that. So you will have to go to the Web site to read it. If you aren’t happy with this, give the paper a call. I’m not thrilled about it.
