Actor Bill Murray will be in hearts and minds – and, to a certain extent, stomachs – as Mellow Mushroom Waterside presents its Mellow Murray Weekend.
Friday through Sunday, Jan. 27-29, the restaurant at 2318 Lifestyle Way in East Brainerd will serve food and beverage specials inspired by Murray’s movies, including a Ghostbusters specialty pizza, Meatballs munchies, Caddyshack burgers and Fantastic Mr. Fox wings.
At 5 p.m. Sunday, quiz master Eddie Bridges will lead a trivia contest for ages 21 and older ($5, cash only, to play).
A VIP shuttle for the trivia contest will run from the downtown location, 205 Broad St., at 3:30 p.m. and 4:20 p.m. ($35 for ride and perks).
