City Public Works employee Milton Stewart works to remove a tree.As part of efforts to redevelop a portion of Market Street near downtown, city crews cut down trees in front of the Chattanooga Choo Choo and buildings across the street. The work Thursday is the next step in revitalizing the historic block of Market Street.
