Your Tuesday at a glance:
- Weather: High 81; strong morning storms
- What to eat: Takeout from your favorite south-of-the-border eatery for Cinco de Mayo! You might consider making your own side dishes to go with those fajitas or tacos. Mexican rice is simple – just make some white rice and add salsa to give it a kick. Or, make your own refried beans.
- What to do: Compete in Georgia’s first virtual 5k, allowing people to race separately and on their own time without fear of contracting or spreading the coronavirus.
- What we’re excited about: Football Vols’ 2021 recruiting class ranking third.

And now, today’s top stories:
Check out the “Best Places to Work in Chattanooga,” a list that took months of exhaustive survey processes.
Local colleges and universities have started distributing money to students as part of coronavirus aid.
And, a Times Free Press reader just recognized herself in a mysterious 1958 photo we shared last month as part of our “Remember when, Chattanooga?” series.
