The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga football team’s 2010 signing class is all present and accounted for. All 14 signees had their signed letters of intent faxed to UTC before noon, which gave coach Russ Huesman and his staff a chance to relax while munching on some barbecue in the offensive meeting room.
“All the faxes came in, they were all in before noon, which is really good – it takes a little pressure off of us,” Huesman said. “We met all our needs, got all of our positions signed that we felt like we needed to sign.”
In addition to the prep signees, the signing class will also feature a pair of transfers in former Rivals.com 5-star linebacker Chris Donald (University of Tennessee) and defensive tackle Nick Davison (UAB), a native of Calhoun, Ga. Both players have two years of eligibility remaining.
