A worker with CSX Railroad was injured in an accident Wednesday in Calhoun, Tenn., according to officials with the railroad.
CSX spokeswoman Kristin Seay said she couldn’t release the man’s name but that he was recovering from his injuries.
The incident is under investigation, Seay said Friday.
McMinn County dispatchers and Calhoun officials said the incident happened around 10 a.m. Wednesday near Church Street. The victim was flown to Erlanger hospital in Chattanooga, according to officials.
