Victory Lane, which has been serving customers at the foot of Signal Mountain since May 2005, has changed its name to Chattanooga Quick Lube.
Owners Brad and Sara Weaver said Victory Lane is a franchise, and they have now fulfilled the terms of their franchise agreement and are making some changes.
“We’re trying to capture more business from the Chattanooga area,” Sara Weaver said. “In renaming the business, we’re hoping to branch out a little further.”
The Signal Mountain residents said they already have lots of repeat customers from Signal Mountain and the Whitwell area.
“We need to get other people in here to see what we’re about and turn them into repeat customers,” said Sara Weaver.
What keeps customers coming back is the quality of service, she and her husband added.
“The good manners and respect that our employees show our customers are every bit as important as the knowledge and professional judgment they use, and we pride ourselves on employee retention,” said Sara Weaver. “Scott, our shop manager, and Jeraime, our right-hand man, have been with us for years.”
She said she and her husband take great care in choosing their employees. She conducted 15 interviews before deciding on their last new hire, she said.
