Partakers in the Red Fez Shrine Club’s 59th annual barbecue in Soddy-Daisy on Sunday, June 26, are welcome to stay and enjoy the waterfront scenery or drive through to get their barbecue and fixings to go.
Pork or beef plates cost $8, and drinks, ice cream and other desserts will be available.
Hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The property may be accessed by land or water. The address is 1503 Lee Pike. Boaters should look for Mile Marker 489.8 on Opossum Creek and take the first left after going under the bridge. Dockings will be available with attendants.
Proceeds support club activities and are not tax-deductible as a charitable donation.
