Calhoun, Ga., man charged with breaking into vehicles

Police charged a Calhoun, Ga., man with breaking into several vehicles in the last two weeks and stealing items.

Calhoun police charged 26-year-old Henry Isaiah Thomas, of 601 Harlan St., with seven felony counts of entering automobiles, Chief Garry Moss said in a news release.

For the last two weeks, police received several complaints about vehicles broken into during the night, Moss said. Detectives have linked Thomas to six on Pisgah Way and one theft on Meadow Lane.

When police found Thomas, he had several of the items reported stolen, Moss said.

He remains in Gordon County Jail with further charges pending.
