Harry Willard Williams, 48, was indicted on two counts of child rape by the Hamilton County grand jury on Nov. 30, but was not arrested until Tuesday.
Williams is accused of repeatedly raping the two boys between Jan. 1, 2010 and April 15 of this year, according to an indictment filed in Hamilton County Criminal Court.
The indictment did not state Williams’ relationship to the boys or the boys’ precise ages, but indicated that they were between three and 13 years old.
Assistant District Attorney Bill West said he could not comment on the circumstances surrounding the case or how Williams came into contact with the children, but said the boys were “very young.”
