‘Gold Star Grads’ honored

Alumni of the former Chattanooga High School will honor “Gold Star Graduates,” students who lost their lives in service to their country, during a ceremony on Oct. 15.

Currently, there are 115 former students identified, but Alumni Hall of Fame organizers are asking for classmates, parents or faculty to send names of any they may know of in order to make sure the list is complete.

State Rep. Richard Floyd, CHS class of 1962, will pay homage to these students at the ceremony.
