The Dollywood Penguin Players will visit four branches of the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Bicentennial Library next week.
The Penguin Players, from Dollywood’s Imagination Playhouse, are professional actors who bring children’s books to life.
On their visit here, they’ll perform “Llama Llama Red Pajama,” a story by Anna Dewdney about how Mama Llama helps Baby Llama overcome his bedtime fears. The play will feature fun-filled sing-alongs, including music written by Dolly Parton.
They’ll be at the Eastgate branch at 10:30 a.m. Monday; Northgate at 9:30 and 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Ooltewah/Collegedale at 2:30 and 3:30 p.m. Tuesday; and downtown at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.
