As we draw closer to the 2020 election, is it time to think about term limits? and more letters to the editors

America was designed by geniuses and is run by a Congress of idiots. Churchill said: “The inherent vice of capitalism is the unequal sharing of the blessings. The inherent blessing of socialism is the equal sharing of misery.”

A blind man can see our form of government works where others fail. Why do our media promote failed forms of government? Why do voters continue to send despots back to Congress?

When will we ever learn what Jefferson said: “A government big enough to give you everything you want is strong enough to take everything you have.”

Our form of government isn’t perfect, but instead of trying to replace it with something that has failed every time, why not study ways to improve it?

Barr nothing more than Trump toadie

The two things the truth and Trump have in common: They both begin with the letter “T,” and both have five letters.

With Attorney General William Barr being an expert on presidential pardons, guess he was smart enough to get his signed before he took the job.

Now we know why the Republican senators sang Barr’s praises – he has experience sweeping their dirt under the rug.

Why not improve our government?

Time for Dems, media to move on

For the past two years we have been told by most of the media and all the leading Democrats, that President Trump was guilty of colluding with the Russians and that he stole the 2016 election. They told us there was more than ample evidence to prove this allegation.

It was just a matter of time for the Mueller report to come out to support this. The Mueller report finally did come out, and lo-and-behold, it stated that there is not enough evidence to prove Trump-Russian collusion.

The Democrats should now be ashamed, with “mud all over their faces.” But they won’t. The media likewise, should act appropriately embarrassed for the two-year hoax that they heaped upon us. But they’re not going to. Their hatred and jealousy of Donald Trump is too strong and deep.

Instead, they are just going to try to pretend like the report was never issued. They say they still have “evidence” to prove collusion, but they won’t produce it, and Mueller didn’t find it with his two-year, $25 million investigation. We expect to see them try to keep this fraud and hoax alive for another two years. How dumb do they think the American people are?

Recognizing a godly man

A godly man.

His mind is lifted up to heaven, his life is one continued act of devotion. He casts his eye toward the clouds and beholds the wonders of the heavens. He looks to the ground and marvels at all creation. He proclaims in his heart “less than omnipotence could not have formed me.”

He recognizes the One who is supreme, most wise and beneficent, and to Him alone belongs worship, adoration, thanksgiving and praise.
