The Hamilton County Commission has passed a resolution to market the county’s Mayfield Annex.
The county’s aim is to vacate the annex at 123 East 7th Street and let River City Co. redevelop and market the building.
The resolution failed to pass last week, because commissioners had questions about whether a licensed real estate agent had to be involved in the transaction.
County Attorney Rheubin Taylor said today no broker was required because River City wasn’t being paid.
