What: About 400 guests attended a concert in memory of Dr. Sin-Hsing Tsai held in the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga’s Fine Arts Center. The concert was part of the seventh annual Piano Arts Festival at UTC, chaired by Dr. Sigrid Luther.
Benefits: Approximately $2,000 was raised for the Sin-Hsing Tsai Scholarship Fund providing financial assistance to piano students at UTC.
