Lucille Sharp recently celebrated her 100th birthday, and friends at the Chattanooga Valley Church of Christ threw a party in her honor. She was born in Cherokee County, Ala., and is the widow of Clarence Sharp. She retired many years ago after working as a seamstress in a factory in Trion, Ga. Now living in Flintstone, Ga., she is the mother of two sons, Greg and Leon, both deceased, and a grandson, Eric, who lives in Florida.
