EPB is warning its Chattanooga fiber optics customers about a scam.
The utility said some customers received a survey made to look as if it had been sent by EPB.
EPB said it is not distributing the pop-up survey, which claims to offer exclusive rewards worth at least $70.
The company said it has no information about who is behind the survey or what they hope to accomplish.
EPB subscribers can call customer service at (423) 648-1372 with questions about unsolicited messages or for assistance.
