James Monroe has been promoted to vice president of Alder & Cox, Inc., a property and casualty insurance agency operating in Chattanooga since 1968. Monroe joined the company in 2010.
Michael W. Cartwright, a financial advisor in the Chattanooga community since 1984, has joined the Lawson Winchester Wealth Management.
Rhonda Poulson has been named chief nursing officer and vice president of clinical operations of CHI Memorial Hospital. She earned both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
David Fuehrer has been named the director of product for J+J Flooring Group in Dalton. He has worked in the flooring industry for more than two decades and most recently was a product design practice area leader for Gensler in New York.
