Red Bank Mayor Joe Glasscock on Wednesday fired a warning shot at Chris Dorsey over the city manager’s dismissal of longtime police Chief Larry Sneed. Mr. Dorsey must remain in good standing with the five-member commission because a quorum of three could fire him at any time, said the mayor, who is one of the commission members.
