The Chattanooga Transportation Department has announced the 1400 block of Jenkins Road is being narrowed narrowed to one lane today and Thursday for a sewer rehabilitation project.
The work will be carried out between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. and flagmen will be onsite to control traffic.
Additionally, the 2300 block of Center Street is being closed today to allow for the cutting of a water line connection. Detours will be posted with Shallowford Road and Lee Highway being used.
