With Anthony Weiner back in the news for another sexting scandal, art house theater Cine-Rama has dropped a documentary about the former New York congressman into its schedule this week. The final screenings of “Weiner” are at 6 and 10:30 tonight, Sept. 1.

The documentary, released in May, examines the disgraced politician’s ill-fated 2013 campaign to be mayor of New York after being caught up in two sex scandals. The film is rated R for language and some sexual material.

Also on the immediate schedule are “I Am Not a Serial Killer,” based on the cult novel by Dan Wells, and “Don’t Look Back,” D.A. Pennebaker’s groundbreaking film about Bob Dylan.

“I Am Not a Serial Killer,” which has five screenings over the weekend, Sept. 2-4, is the fictional story of John Wayne Cleaver, a 16-year-old who has all the makings of a serial killer. His struggle to keep his homicidal tendencies and morbid obsessions with death and murder in check only gets harder when a real serial killer begins terrorizing his sleepy Midwestern town.

“Don’t Look Back,” showing Wednesday, Sept. 7, follows Dylan’s 1965 tour of England, his last as an acoustic artist. In it, he is surrounded by teen fans, gets into heated philosophical debates with journalists and kicks back with fellow musicians Joan Baez, Donovan and Alan Price. Featured are some of his most famous songs, including “Subterranean Homesick Blues,” “The Times They Are A-Changin'” and “It’s All Over Now, Baby Blue.”
