The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga athletic department and athletic director David Blackburn announced contract extensions for men’s basketball coach Matt McCall and women’s basketball Jim Foster on Thursday.

McCall was awarded a two-year extension to his current deal that will last through the 2021-22 season. His first Mocs team went 29-5 and won the Southern Conference regular-season and tournament titles, earning the program’s 11th NCAA tournament appearance. They had 10 wins over teams that played in the postseason.

Foster was awarded one more year to his current contract that will also end after the 2021-22 season. He has guided his team to a 82-16 record in three seasons at the school, including a 46-2 mark in conference play that has included three consecutive NCAA tournament trips under his guidance.
