“Crizal provides the clearest vision possible, along with protection against glare, scratches, dust, smudges, water and UV rays,” said Candace Davis, LDO. “It’s available in all types of lenses, and there are different packages.”
The antiglare feature allows light to enter the lens with no aberrations, resulting in the clearest vision possible, Davis explained.
“Lenses with no coatings have aberrations, the failure of rays to converge at one focus because of limitations or defects in a lens,” she continued. “This causes glare, and adding an antiglare coating fights against that.”
