Most city buses are up and running, but at least two routes are closed, according to an operator at Chattanooga Area Regional Transportation Authority.
Route Number 8 serving Eastdale, Number 19 serving Cromwell, and 28 serving Chattanooga State are currently closed due to snow. The operator said CARTA does not know whether any more routes will be closed at this point.
