• Scope: The new Holiday Inn & Suites will be a more upscale version of the national brand, say its developers. Being downtown, it will include on-site parking, a mid- to upper-scale ground-floor restaurant and a bar with patio seating. The hotel will have an indoor pool, sun decks and a selection of larger, suite-style units.
• Schedule: The hotel is expected to open summer 2015. Developers are currently looking for restaurant tenants.
