Both eastbound lanes of Wilcox Boulevard will be closed Tuesday from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. between Roanoke Avenue and Dodson Avenue, according to the Chattanooga Department of Transportation.
The closings are to accommodate work being done on the Avondale Youth and Family Development Center. Local detours will be posted.
