Ride of Silence
Chattanooga’s bicycling community will gather Wednesday for a slow and silent tribute to cyclists who have been killed or injured by encounters with motor vehicles.
The second Chattanooga Ride of Silence will leave the Finley Stadium north parking area at 7 p.m. Participants will pedal in absolute silence at a 10 mph pace for 12 miles.
Parents are advised the event may not be appropriate for children, due to the quiet nature of the ride.
