The Museum Center at Five Points in Cleveland, Tenn., will present “A Culinary Evening With Chef Ceasar” on Thursday.
Scheduled 6-8 p.m., the event includes a cooking demonstration of fine foods, entertaining tips, live music and food and drink.
“This will be a lot like being in the audience of a television cooking show, with the added benefit of being able to eat the great food that the chef is preparing and to take home the recipes,” said Lisa Simpson Lutts, museum director. “This will be a great way to get some tips for cooking while having a fun night out with friends.”
Chef Ceasar Thomas is the executive chef at Keri’s Restaurant at the Mountain View Inn in Cleveland. He has been cooking professionally since age 17 and has worked at the Mountain View Inn for the past 12 years.
The all-inclusive cost of the evening is $25 for museum members and $30 for nonmembers. Reservations and payment are required by Saturday. To make reservations, call 423-339-5745 and ask for Tracy O’Connell or Ken Cagle.
