Real unity would make American great

Our president believes unity is most important for our democratic society. He urges everyone, including 74 million Republicans, to have it. Many feel anger, hate and frustration.

Is unity going to be restored with edicts to reverse every executive order executed by the previous administration such as shutting down the Keystone Pipeline and removing miles of installed border fencing, which would enable illegals to cross into the United States without proper screening? This is not giving consideration for the health and safety of our citizens. We’re even resuming past mistakes by allowing extremist Muslims to freely come here again,

What’s new? They say the mission is to fight racial injustice, previously addressed by MLK in the 1960s, a national martyr for the cause. Once again we will be repeating the same cause with more fighting and loss of lives.

We now have a president who spent a half century in the Washington swamp who in his wisdom chose a vice president of color as well as Cabinet members from every gender group to carry out his plan for racial and gender equality.
