This Thursday, Chattanooga State Community College is hosting a Rising Chefs Showcase to help raise funds for its Michael P. Hennen Culinary Club. Club members will present a special five-course meal at 6 p.m. in the culinary center located in Center for Business, Industry and Health (CBIH) on the main campus at 4501 Amnicola Highway. The showcase provides a chance to highlight the current culinary graduating class, as well as the culinary center’s beautifully updated dining room furnishings.
