The sandwich has layers of tender roast beef with bacon, blue cheese and red onion on a choice of toasted sourdough, honey wheat, dark rye or jalapeno pepper bread made in-house and baked fresh daily. You get your choice of size — one square or two. And there’s no trans fat in anything.
