Chattanooga-based CBL & Associates Properties Inc. announced Wednesday that Gold’s Gym is coming to York Galleria in York, Pa.
Gold’s Gym will occupy about 35,000 square feet of the former JCPenney building. That site also will house a more than 20,000-square-foot H&M, said the shopping center owner and operator.
The stores are currently under construction with H&M expected to open late this year and Gold’s Gym in spring 2017.
“We’ve had tremendous success redeveloping former anchor spaces and introducing more productive and innovative uses into our shopping centers,” said Stephen Lebovitz, president and CEO of CBL.
