STAR DAYS
Some 1,500 members of the Star Touring and Riding Association, an international family of bikers, have convened in Chattanooga.
A custom bike show will be held today at the Chattanooga Choo Choo, 1400 Market St., and day passes for rides and seminars are available for $10 daily through Friday. Free Star motorcycle road tests also are available at the Choo Choo.
The main focus of the week is a Feed the Children ride to deliver more than 80,000 pounds of food and personal items to 800 families in need.
Bikers will line up at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday for a police-escorted food drop leaving the Choo Choo at 9 a.m. and ending at Highland Park Baptist Church, 1907 Bailey Ave.
