Although Webbco Graphics has long since moved from the family garage where it started more than 30 years ago, owner Terry Brown still brings a piece of home in the form of her three dogs to her newest location at the Signal Mountain Business Center.
Photo by Jennifer BardonerWebbco Graphics’ new location in the Signal Mountain Business Center is a far cry from the garage where owner Terry Brown’s father started the printing and design business in 1972. But the high level of customer service is the same, she said.
“We try real hard with customer service because I feel it’s extremely important,” Brown said. “You do get that one on one, whereas if you go to a bigger place you don’t get that personal service I give and try to encourage the two girls who work for me to give.”
That service extends from the time someone walks in the door and is greeted by the staff and Brown’s three dogs, to the personalized design options she prepares for each client, to the copy and fax services she provides for anywhere from one to 1 million documents.
“We get all the time that, ‘I’m so glad you’re up here,'” Brown said. “We’re just very convenient for people.”
This times of year, she said that convenience is especially useful for customers wanting persoanlized Christmas cards or party invitations.
