A cheerleading coach at East Hamilton School was suspended without pay today as administrators investigate whether she misused school funds, officials confirmed.
Stephanie Knox received a letter from central office officials telling her she was not to report to the school pending the outcome of an investigation, said Danielle Clark, spokeswoman for Hamilton County Schools.
Ms. Clark declined further comment, as the investigation is ongoing.
Ms. Knox could not be reached for comment.
