A special meeting Monday could determine whether East Ridge rescues a private pool from debt’s deep end. Handicapped by financial trouble that started with unpaid taxes, the East Ridge Youth Foundation asked the city to buy the pool property, make necessary repairs and open it for swimming by this summer.
