Participation in city-sponsored driver’s education classes has exceeded expectations so much, another class will be offered during Christmas vacation.
“If you can’t go during the school year, I am planning a Christmas break class,” said Caroline Johnson, the city’s driver education coordinator.
“Details will be released later once I have finalized them,” she said, “but there will be at least one class offered, if not more. I might end up offering two or three just during Christmas.”
This is the second time high demand for driver’s education classes has prompted a class over Christmas break, said Johnson.
