What keeps your customers coming back?

We have a professional and friendly atmosphere. We started out as a family hair salon and still serve the whole family, from children to grandparents. I think our niche is just being available to those in the community. We’ve been in a lot of fundraisers for St. Jude and the Ronald McDonald House. I think people appreciate that.

What would you want the community to know about your business?

We’re a one-stop shopping center. We do everything that pertains to hair, skin care and nails. We specialize in all areas, so you can get full services done here without having to drive around.

What’s the biggest thing you’ve learned from your job?

In this industry, everything is constantly changing, from products to methods to the equipment we use. At the same time, things that I remember when I first started revolve back around. You have to be able to adapt and be able to recognize the classics.

Is there one day that stands out to you? The best day of work you’ve ever had?

I could say that of quite a few days. Not many people have stayed in this profession as long as I have, so it’s gratifying to have the friendships and working relationships with people that trust us and depend on us.
