Built in 1985, the property has a gable roof and Tudor-style partial brick exterior.

The sale price of the property, with a building size of 21,744 square feet, is $3.45 million.

Additionally, the complex is free of major and minor deferred maintenance items, allowing an investor to further focus on increasing the property’s net operating income, according to the broker.
