The Chattanooga-Hamilton County Medical Society, Medical Foundation of Chattanooga, and Project Access, in conjunction with WDEF-News 12, will salute 10 honorees during Doctor’s Day Appreciation Week at the end of this month.
Honorees will be selected from nominations submitted by local residents.
Include the name of the physician being nominated and reasons you feel he/she should be recognized. Reasons may include a commitment to profession, dedication to patients, staff and family and/or involvement in the community. A brief personal story about the nominated doctor may be included.
In addition to the physicians selected for the WDEF salute, all nominated physicians will be honored at a Doctor’s Day reception later this month.
Area residents can nominate physicians online at www.wdef.com or by mailing their nomination to the Medical Society, 1917 E. Third St., Chattanooga, TN 37404. Nominations may also be e-mailed to kevin@chattmedsoc.org.
Friday is the deadline for nominations.
