Hike All 14 in 2014 Challenge

The Friends of South Cumberland kicked off its Hike All 14 in 2014 challenge last month in which hikers are charged to hit the trails that cover the South Cumberland State Park.

If they hike all 14, they’ll have not only covered a lot of trail and seen some spectacular scenery, but they’ll earn the right to join the elite “I Hiked Em All Club.” The club includes extreme bragging rights, of course, as well as a certificate, trail map bandana and a year’s membership to the Friends of South Cumberland. If you want to sign up for the challenge, a $10 fee covers registration and a copy of the trail guide.
