Shanytown features brothers Robbie Morris on drums and Ronnie Morris on vocals. They are nephews of the late Ronnie Van Zant, lead singer of Lynyrd Skynyrd, and the brother of Donnie Van Zant from 38 Special and Johnny Van Zant of the Johnny Van Zant Band.
Other band members are Charles Moody, who worked with the Bellamy Brothers and Loretta Lynn; Duane Johnson, a lifelong friend of the Van Zant family; and Robbie Gay, a guitar player with JVZB for many years.
As you might expect, their sound is steeped in Southern rock with a country flair, though it is their own style.
Ragdoll is a Chattanooga dance band with a high-energy live show. Featured in the band are Rhonda Layne, Charley Yates, Ashley Williams and Kenny Palmer.
Emceeing the event will be Free Bird.
