Brain wiring key to sexuality

In response to the Sunday letter to the editor, “Self-identifying the new lunacy,” I would like to introduce a concept shared by most zoologists. People, as compared to all other animals on earth, including our fellow primates, are extremely oversexed.

The famous zoologist Desmond Morris wrote two enlightening and insightful books. “The Naked Ape” and “The Human Zoo” should be required reading for high school students. These books would hopefully open young minds to the fact that the human brain, so complex that it can take a close picture of Pluto, can also be wired sexually in complex ways. Many complex ways.
