Wilkins Center is fully leased
A newly developed 15,000-square-foot medical and office building on Gunbarrel Road is 100 percent leased and tenant build-outs are taking place.
The Wilkins Center, located across Gunbarrel from Erlanger East, has Women’s Surgery Center, Anesthesia Services Associates and Edward Jones as among its tenants.
“The prime location coupled with a clear vision and proactive marketing approach enabled us to fully lease the 15,000-square-foot building prior to the end of construction,” said Jeff Jennings of NAI Charter Real Estate Corp.
