LISA DENTON: Barry, we’ve discussed in this space before that haunted houses are not a favorite of me and my bladder.
BARRY COURTER: Come on, you know how I feel about bodily function discussions. Pretty much the same as I do about haunted houses. I’m a runner.
LISA: I know, but I’m telling you that there are a couple of places where even wimps like me can get a good spook without needing to bring a change of clothes.
BARRY: COME ON!!!
LISA: Listen, Lake Winnepesaukah has Lake WinnepeSpookah every Friday through Saturday in October, plus Oct. 29, the Sunday before Halloween. That’s always fun because there are performers who do the zombie dance to Michael Jackson’s “Thriller,” and the rides are designated with a pumpkin, ghost or skeleton to let you know if it’s a kiddie, family or thrill ride.
