An officer with the Walker County, Ga., Sheriff’s Department confirmed an evacuation of the Fieldstone Farms subdivision occurred after a man waved a gun near some houses Monday night.
“They evacuated a few residences around him,” said Scott Wooten, a night shift supervisor with the department.
Officer Wooten said he could not confirm any arrest was made.
