CLEVELAND, Tenn. – Halfway through the early voting period in Bradley County, more than 3,000 people have cast ballots, according to elections officials.
As of Thursday morning, 2,860 Republicans and 168 Democrats had cast early ballots for the May 4 county primary.
Early voting continues through April 29.
The election now in progress will pick the nominees in each party for several local offices including county mayor, sheriff and register of deeds.
