A brick wall collapsed at a Hindu temple in Chattanooga this morning.

The wall collapsed at Gujarati Samaj Of East Tennessee, located at 7717 Canyon Drive in Tyner.

The fire department responded at 9 a.m. and says no one was injured. However, a gas meter was hit by bricks, causing a leak. The Chattanooga Gas Company arrived in minutes to shut off the leak, officials say.

The city’s building inspection department will be investigating the cause of the wall collapse.
