Democrats’ ‘point of frustration’

The American people’s fierce dislike of much of the legislation enacted exclusively or almost exclusively by Democrats in the past year and a half still seems not to have sunk in with party leaders.

We spotted a New York Times article in which Sen. Chris Dodd, D-Conn., complained that his fellow Democrats just “don’t know how to celebrate” their big legislative wins.

Instead, the article noted, “Democrats remained on the political defensive, bracing for potentially steep House and Senate losses in the coming midterm elections.”

They cannot grasp the fact that most Americans were and still are against ObamaCare socialized medicine, and most believe the $862 billion “stimulus” was wasted.

“It is a point of frustration to Democrats that much of the public seems unimpressed by the barrage of legislation signed into law in the first two years of President Barack Obama’s term,” The New York Times noted.
