Dalton, Ga., police arrested two women working at the spa last week, charging Sang Soon Almer and Yung Bibb with prostitution and keeping a place for prostitution. The police also charged Almer, 53, of Billings, Mont., with masturbation for hire.
Dalton police spokesman Bruce Frazier said detectives began investigating the spa at 2217 Chattanooga Road after several anonymous people told them that the women were selling sex. On Thursday, they offered their services to an undercover agent.
Frazier is unsure of the background of Almer and Bibb, 69, of Dalton, but he said both women are U.S. citizens. Nobody else worked at the spa.
Frazier said police have arrested women for prostitution there two other times.
